Responsible for contributing to the development of religious study curricula, leading and developing educational and religious programs, providing spiritual guidance, conducting religious services, and offering pastoral care to students and staff. Additional tasks include delivering sermons, participating in community outreach/academic activities with strong faith and spiritual maturity. Lectures and curriculum technology instruction to promote holistic approaches to wellness. Engage in research and offer advice to educational institutions. Provide an action plan, conduct educational research and implement effective educational practices. Responsibilities include collaboration in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, the use of technology to enhance publishing articles and editorial tasks.
